About NATA 2019:
National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is being conducted by COA since 2006, in terms of the provisions of CoA (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education)  regulations, 1983, published in the Gazette of India. It is implied that a separate aptitude test in Architecture should be conducted and such test should not be combined with the tests for admissions to Engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine and other disciplines.

There are two different exams going to be conduct in NATA 2019. Candidates can be check the complete Examination Pattern details below with marks and pattern.

First Examination:

Date: 14.04.2019(Sunday)

Duration:
10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
11.15 a.m. to 01.15 p.m.

Marks: (Grand Total of 200 marks)

Subject and Marks of Examination:

FIRST 60 minutes (one hour)-Part A (ONLINE) TOTAL 120 Marks
  • Mathematics (MCQ) 20 Questions X 2 marks each = 40 Marks
  • General Aptitude (MCQ ) 40 Questions X 2 marks each = 80 Marks
LAST 120 minutes (two hours) –Part-B TOTAL 80 Marks
  • Drawings in A4 Size paper 2 Questions X 40 marks each = 80 Marks

Second Examination:

Date: 07.07.2019 (Sunday)

Duration:
10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
11.15 a.m. to 1.15 p.m.

Marks: (Grand Total of 200 marks)

Subject and Marks of Examination:
